LOYO App is a social application software provided by iFUN SINGAPORE PTE LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "iFUN") for users (hereinafter referred to as "you"), (hereinafter referred to as "LOYO App"). We provide services such as "matching, posting replies, chatting, live broadcasting" through LOYO App, and we may also provide you with other products and services now or in the future (hereinafter collectively referred to as "LOYO products and services or this product and service", please refer to the Definitions section for details). We have formulated the "LOYO App Personal Information Protection Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore and other relevant laws and regulations to protect your personal information.
This Policy applies to all LOYO products and services. This Policy describes the purposes, methods, scope and retention period of processing your personal information when providing LOYO products and services to you, as well as information security protection measures, and the ways and procedures for you to exercise your rights stipulated by law. Please note that LOYO does not use cookies or other similar technologies to track your personal information. Please read this Policy carefully together with our "LOYO App User Service Agreement" and use LOYO products and services only if you agree to the terms of this Policy. The following are our special reminders, please pay close attention:
1. Before you provide us with any of your personal sensitive information, you have carefully considered and hereby confirm that such provision is appropriate, and you hereby agree that your personal sensitive information may be processed in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this Policy.
2. The realization of personal information rights includes but is not limited to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, deactivate, withdraw authorization, require us to explain this Policy, and respond in a timely manner, etc., to ensure that you have control over your personal information.
3. We will strictly process your personal information in accordance with this Policy and your consent. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should stop using LOYO products and services.
4. Please understand that if you are under 18 years old, you will not be able to register LOYO App after it is updated.

1. How we collect and use your personal information
We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the principles of legitimacy, propriety, necessity and good faith, and for the purposes stated in this Policy. If we use your personal information for other purposes not stated in this Policy, or collect your personal information for other specific purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use.
1.1 Personal information you actively provide during the process of providing services to you
1.1.1 In order to achieve our basic business functions, we need to collect the following personal information from you. If you refuse to provide it, we will be unable to provide you with corresponding services. Please note: For any content you upload or post in LOYO App, if it contains other people's personal information, please ensure that you have obtained the consent of the personal information subject; if it contains other people's sensitive personal information, please ensure that you have obtained the separate consent of the personal information subject.
(1) When you register a LOYO account in LOYO App, you need to provide the following information to complete the registration:
1)Your mobile phone number and SMS verification code: We will send you a SMS verification code based on the mobile phone number you provided to verify your identity. Registration will fail if you do not provide the SMS verification code you received, and you will not be able to register and continue using this product and service. Please note that the mobile phone number you provide will serve as your user account for subsequent use of LOYO App and as your user identity credential when logging into this product.
2)Password information: You can also set a login password for your account. This information is not mandatory. You have the right to choose to log in with your mobile phone number plus password or log in with only the mobile phone verification code.
3)Third party user information: If you choose to log in with a third party user account, you agree that we collect your WeChat nickname, avatar, Apple username, and email name according to your choice.
4)Age: If you are under 18 years old, you will not be able to register as our user or continue using this product and service.
5)Gender and nickname: We will provide gender matching services based on the gender information you provide. Failure to provide such information will result in registration failure and you will not be able to register and continue using this product and service.
6)"Interest Selection": You need to answer the interest selection questions we set for you to complete registration. We will assign you to the appropriate virtual community based on your answers, and this assignment will not substantially affect your rights and interests. In addition, we will also make a preliminary judgment of your personality based on your answers to facilitate subsequent matching or recommendation of chat partners suitable for you.
Once you complete the registration section and obtain a LOYO account by providing the above information, you are deemed to have successfully logged into LOYO App and will always remain logged in. To protect the security of your account, you agree that we process your account information for risk control purposes. In addition, to facilitate public supervision for the public interest, you understand and agree that we display the Internet Protocol (IP) address attribution information on the main page of your account, displaying the corresponding country (region) information, with network operator data as the benchmark. Please understand that this information will not reveal your detailed address.
If you need to log out and log in again, you need to enter your mobile phone number and then enter the login password you set during registration or choose to receive a SMS verification code to complete the login.
(2) Retrieve password
When you need to retrieve your password, you need to provide the mobile phone number, email address, etc. you provided during registration, and the verification code received, to verify your identity. After verification, you need to set a new password to replace the original password for your next login to LOYO App.
(3) Mobile number change
If you want to change the mobile number you provided during registration while maintaining the login status, you need to go to [Personal Settings - Account & Security - Change Bound Mobile Number] to enter your new mobile number and complete the change after entering the verification code received on the new mobile number.
If you request a change of mobile number for login due to the original mobile number being no longer in use, you need to follow the prompts on the page to verify your previously provided account password, nickname, gender, registration birthday, registration city, frequently used city, frequently used device, email address, etc. (if any). We will decide whether to approve your change request based on the security status of your account. If you have any questions about our handling, you can contact us for help.
(4) Posting, browsing, liking and sharing functions
When you post updates or comment on other people's updates, we will review the legality and compliance of the text information, pictures, audio, videos you post/send, and will also keep these contents as evidence retained for user complaints and reports. If you do not want to provide the above information, you will be unable to use the functions related to posting information.
In order to improve your experience of posting updates, before you click "Post" to confirm the upload, we will temporarily load the content to the server and automatically identify the input content through technical means and recommend relevant topics to you, to help more users discover your update after you "Post". If you do not accept the recommendation, you can turn it off as described in Section 3.5 of this Agreement. If you cancel the post or fail to upload for other reasons, we will delete the content immediately.
When you refine your personal "Interest Tags" (see Definitions section for details), you need to provide us with the keywords you entered. We will match you with other users with similar "Interest Tags" settings. Refusing to refine "Interest Tags" will not affect your normal use, but may moderately affect the accuracy of matching results.
When you browse information in sections like "Nearby", we will only display related information content based on the user's IP address. The IP address corresponds only to the city/county location, and the user's positioning information will not be used or disclosed without the user's consent.
(5) Chat and match functions
You can communicate with other users through the matching or chat functions provided in LOYO App.
When you enable LOYO app features or use location-related matching features, we will request access to your geolocation information to match nearby friends.
You can communicate with other users through the matching and chat functions (including "group chat", "text group" and other multi-person chat functions) provided in LOYO App. You can choose text chat and voice chat according to different chat scenarios, and you can upload pictures, audio and videos as needed. Please understand that according to applicable laws and regulations, we will use the text information, pictures, audio, and videos you post/send for content compliance review and minor protection, and will also use these contents as evidence retained for user complaints. If you do not want to provide the above information, you will be unable to use the corresponding functions. At the same time, please be aware that for the text information, pictures, audio, and videos you post/send in the "Moments Square", we will not only review them for legality and compliance, but also extract keyword information.
(6) Personalized matching and recommendation
Personalized matching and recommendation is one of the core features of LOYO App. In order to provide you with better quality services that meet your needs and give you a better experience with LOYO products and services, we may, within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, analyze data based on your personal information actively provided by you, provided by our partners with your consent, and proactively collected by us when using this product, conduct statistical analysis and user profile and preference analysis through specific algorithms to form a portrait, so as to display or provide you with information or specific functions and services that interest you and better meet your actual needs. Specifically:
1) Intelligent chat assistance: In order to provide intelligent chat assistance services, we will use the basic information you provided during registration (including nickname, age/birthday, gender, location, interest tags), behavioral data generated during your use of services (including registration time, updates, interaction records, network logs), to improve algorithm functions and provide intelligent chat assistance services according to your choices.
2) Personalized content: In order to show, recommend or push content such as text, video, groups, parties, update topics that you may be interested in, recommend goods and services, we will use the basic information you provided during registration (including age/birthday, gender, location, interest tags, education status, etc.), behavioral data generated during your use of services (including registration time, updates, user interaction records, network logs), consumption status and device information to form user attribute categories, and adopt different content display strategies for users of different attributes. For example, if you indicate in your interest tags that you like travel, we may show you more content with travel topics.
3) Personalized ads: In order to show, recommend or push ads that are more relevant and correlated to your preferences, we will use the basic information you provided during registration (including age/birthday, gender, location, time zone, dynamic tags), behavioral data generated during your use of services (including ad clicks, conversions, network logs), device information and network type to form user feature tags, and according to the target audience types specified by advertisers, automatically deliver ads to relevant user groups through the system. For example, if you are a female user, we may show you cosmetics ads.
4) Personalized matching: In order to show, recommend or push users that are more relevant to you in the "User Matching" feature, we will use the basic information you provided during registration (including age/birthday, gender, location, gravatar), behavioral data generated during your use of services (including updates, user interactions, matching records, network logs), consumption status and device information to form user portraits, and provide users with suitable chat partners such as similar hobbies. For example, if your location is in Singapore, we may match you with users also located in Singapore.
Please note that when you use the "User Matching" function in LOYO App, you can choose the gender of the friends you want to chat with. Not providing such information will not affect your use of normal matching functions, but may prevent accurately matching chat partners of your interested gender.
If you request to opt out of the automated decision-making model related to personalized matching and recommendation, you can handle it according to Section 3.5 of this Policy.
(7) Marketing campaigns
In order to better serve you, we may reasonably send you commercial service information via SMS. If you do not want to receive such commercial marketing campaign information, you can unsubscribe or close by replying "unsubscribe" to the SMS prompt or contacting us as described in Section 8 of this Policy. After successful unsubscription, we will no longer send you SMS of this type.
(8) Feedback
If you have any feedback on our products and services, you can provide feedback through "Suggestions" in LOYO App. You need to provide your feedback description and upload supporting photos to help us identify the issue you raised and find corresponding solutions. In order for us to give timely feedback on your feedback, you need to provide us with your email address so that we can contact you in a timely manner.
1.1.2 In order to provide you with a better experience, we will provide you with the following extended business functions. When you use these functions, we will collect your personal information based on specific purposes. If you do not provide such information, you will be unable to use the following extended business functions, but this will not affect the normal use of your basic business functions.
(1) Camera
When you use "LOYO" to take corresponding photos or record videos, we will process and identify the specific content captured by your camera locally on your device. Please note: If the content you shoot/record contains other people's personal information, please ensure that you have obtained the consent of the personal information subject; if it contains other people's sensitive personal information, please ensure that you have obtained the separate consent of the personal information subject.
(2) Gift purchase and delivery
We regularly hold online/offline events with different themes, and select some lucky users to send LOYO peripheral gifts. When you receive our gift notification, you need to provide your recipient name, delivery address and contact information so that we can send you the corresponding gift. If you refuse to provide such information, we will be unable to send you the gift.
If you purchase or receive physical gifts sent by other users in LOYO App, you need to provide us with the redemption code and recipient name, delivery address and mobile number. If you refuse to provide the above information, the aforementioned functions will be unavailable. If you provide other people's personal information in the delivery information, please ensure that you have obtained their consent.
1.2 Personal information we proactively collect during the process of providing services to you
Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, in order to ensure the security of your account and provide you with better services, we will collect and use the following information generated during your use of LOYO products and services:
1.2.1 Device information
In order to enable necessary adaptation between LOYO App and your mobile device, provide you with a secure and trusted product use environment, and ensure the safe operation of LOYO App, when you use LOYO App, according to the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we will collect your device model, device identifiers (including IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/IDFV/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID/MEID, advertising ID, SIM card phone number, IMSI, ICCID, device serial number), software list, device running status information, system version, MCC, MNC, Mac address information (including mobile Mac address and Bluetooth Mac address), device sensor information, external virtual keyboard identification, running process information. We collect this information to help us with bug analysis, anti-fraud, anti-black production and other security protection work, ensure your normal use of this product and service, improve and optimize our product experience, and safeguard the security of your account. At the same time, unless otherwise expressly agreed in this Policy, we will not provide your device information to any third party, but we cannot guarantee that other third parties will not obtain your device information through other means, combine your device information with other information to identify your personal identity, and cause any loss to you. You should claim compensation from such third party. The above device information is basic information collected to provide services. If you do not want the above device information to be collected by us, it may result in our inability to provide you with normal services.
Please be aware that in order to help us with bug analysis, anti-fraud, anti-black production and other security protection work, ensure your normal use of this product and service, improve and optimize our product experience, and safeguard the security of your account, when your LOYO App switches to the background or is in a dormant state, we will collect your Mac address information (including mobile Mac address and Bluetooth Mac address) and IMEI.
1.2.2 Log information
When you use LOYO products and services, we will collect relevant network log information, including App crashes, system activity information, device network status, browsing records, click records, software usage records, and IP address information. We collect the above information to better maintain security and optimize this product and service, and provide you with a better experience. The above log information is basic information collected to provide services. If you do not want the above log information to be collected by us, it may result in our inability to provide you with normal services.
1.2.3 Location information
We will collect your location information to display your location when you post, match and inform you when your friends are nearby, or match/recommend nearby users or moments to you. If you refuse us to collect such information, the aforementioned related functions will be unavailable.
To protect your legitimate rights and interests (combat black production, prevent fraud) and maintain the safe operation of this product and service, we will collect the base station information of your device (including base station status, LAC, BID, NID, SID, signal strength) and WIFI information (including BSSID, SSID, signal strength).
1.2.4 Consumption records
When you use the third-party payment function provided in this product for recharge and consumption, we will collect and save your recharge and consumption records, order information, and billing information to confirm your payment instructions and help you complete the payment. Such information will also serve as evidence of your recharge and consumption records.
1.3. System permissions invoked by LOYO App
As mentioned above, in order to provide you with LOYO products and services, we may need to use relevant personal information in your device by invoking system permissions in your device (excluding permissions invoked by third-party access). Although we have mentioned them in the previous sections, this section summarizes all system permissions used by LOYO App to present them to you in a more systematic, complete and transparent manner. You can choose whether to authorize us to use relevant permissions on your device. If you do not authorize us to use relevant permissions, some services may become unavailable, but this will not affect your use of other functions of LOYO App.
1.3.1. Photos & Storage permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the photo album reading and storage functions on your device. This function will be used to upload text, images, videos and other content from your device, and cache text, images and videos generated during your use of LOYO products and services. Please note that we will not automatically read the storage content in your local album, and will only obtain picture/video data after you agree to enable this permission and actively select the corresponding pictures in the album. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will become unavailable.
1.3.2. Microphone permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the microphone function on your device and recognize the voice information you upload. This permission will be used to enable voice input, voice changing functions, and collect and identify voice information input during the implementation of the aforementioned functions. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will become unavailable.
1.3.3. Notifications permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will push notifications to you so that you can receive and learn about the notifications we send in a timely manner. If you refuse this authorization, you will be unable to receive the notifications we push to you.
1.3.4. Camera permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will use the camera shooting function on your device. This function will be used to enable photo taking and video recording functions, and collect and identify pictures and videos taken or recorded during the implementation of the aforementioned functions. If you refuse this authorization, the aforementioned functions will become unavailable.
1.3.5. Read app install list permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will collect your app install list to protect your legitimate rights and interests (such as combating black production) and enrich your portrait.
1.3.6. Location permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, we will collect your location information to display your location when you post, match and inform nearby friends of your appearance, or match/recommend nearby users or moments. If you refuse this authorization, the above functions will become unavailable.
1.3.7. Device info access permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, in order to protect your account and login security, we will collect corresponding device information of yours, which will be used to optimize user experience, security inspection, identify whether it is a frequently used device, device binding status. If you are an Android user and refuse this authorization, you will be unable to use this product and service normally. If you are an iOS user, due to iOS system limitations, you may not be able to directly refuse or close the above authorization, but for some device information (for example, IDFA information, subject to actual conditions updated from time to time according to iOS system policies), you can choose whether to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to authorize us to collect your IDFA information, we will be unable to provide you with corresponding features or services based on IDFA tracking identification (for example, if you refuse us to collect your IDFA information, we will be unable to provide personalized display based on IDFA).
1.3.8. Network access permissions
When you agree to enable this permission, our APP can get online. At the same time, for risk control and service purposes, we can also monitor network changes and prompt users about the current network environment. If you refuse this authorization, you will be unable to use this product and service normally.
1.4. Personal information we obtain from third parties
We may, within the scope of your consent, collect and use your personal information from third parties (our partners). We guarantee that we will handle your personal information in accordance with the contracts signed with third parties and relevant laws and regulations. Please read carefully the privacy policies and user agreements of these third parties. If you refuse to allow third parties to collect and use your personal information when providing services, you may be unable to use some LOYO products and services.
1.5. Exceptions for obtaining consent
According to laws and regulations, collecting and using your personal information in the following circumstances does not require your consent:
(1) It is necessary for concluding or performing a contract to which the individual is a party;
(2) It is necessary for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations;
(3) It is necessary to respond to public health incidents or protect the life, health and property safety of natural persons in emergencies;
(4) It is necessary for news reporting and commentary in the public interest within a reasonable scope;
(5) Personal information disclosed by individuals or otherwise legally disclosed is processed within a reasonable scope in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law;
(6)Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. How we entrust processing, share, transfer and disclose your personal information
2.1. Entrusted processing
In order to provide you with more complete and better products and services, some functions may be provided by our technical service partners. For companies, organizations and individuals entrusted by us to process your personal information, we will explicitly require the partner to process your personal information only in accordance with our requirements, the provisions of this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures in the cooperation agreement signed with them, and supervise their personal information processing activities. We will entrust third-party SDK providers who provide technical services to process your personal information. Such third-party providers will process your personal information as needed when you use LOYO App, or when you switch LOYO App to the background or dormant state.
2.2. Sharing
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or in the following circumstances, we will not share your personal information with any third-party companies, organizations and individuals:
(1) It is required according to your own request, or you have given explicit prior consent or authorization;
(2) Share as required by laws, litigation and authorities: We may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, for the purposes of litigation dispute resolution, or pursuant to lawful requests of administrative, judicial or other authorities.
(3) Share with partners: In order to provide you with more complete and better products and services, certain services will be provided by our partners. We may share certain personal information with partners to provide you with better customer service and user experience. We will only share personal information necessary for the specific and explicit purposes authorized by you. We will employ reasonable security measures for partners' SDKs and APIs accessing your information to ensure data security. Meanwhile, we will expressly require partners to comply with relevant laws and regulations in protecting and processing your personal information in the cooperation agreements. Partners shall have no right to use your personal information shared by us for any other purposes.
Please note that these partners are data controllers collecting and processing your personal information based on their own privacy policies and terms of use. We suggest you carefully read their privacy policies and terms of use. If you refuse to provide personal information necessary for their services, you may become unable to use the corresponding services.
Our current partners include the following types. For details of partners' identities, purposes and scope of collecting personal information, please click to review the "Third Party Personal Information Sharing List":
a) Third party SDK partners. Please note that, to ensure messaging channel stability and timely delivery, some third party SDK partners may have affiliated launch activities at a certain frequency, which are necessary for providing messaging services.
b) Advertising partners. To help deliver advertisements, provide business insights, improve advertising efficiency, and better understand user needs, we may share your non-personally identifiable device information or anonymous profile data with advertisers, advertising agents, advertising service providers and monitoring companies ("Advertising Partners"). Such information cannot identify you without additional information. To protect your information security, we will enter into strict data security agreements with Advertising Partners.
c) Gaming partners. When you use third-party gaming services through LOYO App and the third party needs your personal information, we will provide your User ID, nickname, profile photo, gender and other information to third party gaming partners after obtaining your authorization and consent. We will not provide your personal information to any third party without your authorization and consent. To protect your information security, we will enter into strict data security agreements with third party gaming partners.
d) Partners providing infrastructure, security monitoring and other technical services. To improve the security and performance of LOYO products and services, diagnose system issues and identify abnormal information, conduct anti-fraud and anti-piracy measures, we may provide your mobile number, ID number, location, login IP address and other information to technical service providers responsible for system deployment, maintenance and management.
e) Gift service partners. When you purchase or receive physical gifts through LOYO App, we will provide the recipient's name, address, mobile number to gift suppliers integrated in our system to facilitate gift redemption and delivery.
Please note that you may actively make public and share your information to third party platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) using LOYO products and services. In such cases, the shared information will be immediately and widely disseminated. Once you have shared such information, it becomes very difficult to ensure complete deletion of the shared information on all platforms that receive and further disseminate it. In some cases, even if you delete the shared information from LOYO products and services, such information may still remain in the public domain and continue to be independently cached, copied, stored by other users or third parties beyond our control and through other users or third parties remain in the public domain.
2.3. Transfer
In principle, we will not transfer control over your personal information to any other company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Transfer upon your own request, with your express prior consent or authorization;
(2) Transfer arising from company merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation resulting in change of operational entity.
Please note that in case of the above circumstances requiring transfer, we will notify you of the recipient's name or identity, contact details, purposes of processing, processing methods and types of personal information to be transferred before the transfer, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
2.4. Disclosure
In principle, we will not disclose your personal information to the general public or unspecified personnel, except upon your own request or express prior consent or authorization.
2.5. Exceptions to consent requirement
We may share, transfer or disclose your personal information without your consent in the following circumstances as permitted by laws and regulations:
(1) As necessary for performing a contract to which the individual is a party;
(2) As necessary for fulfilling statutory duties or obligations;
(3) As necessary for responding to public health incidents or protecting life, health and property safety of natural persons in emergencies;
(4) As necessary for news reporting and supervision by public opinion in the public interest, within a reasonable scope;
(5) As reasonably necessary for processing personal information disclosed by yourself or already lawfully disclosed, as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act;
(6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
3. How do you manage your personal information
3.1. Access, copy or rectify/supplement your personal information
If your account is active, you have the right to log in and access your LOYO account and personal information at any time, including your account information, profile, posts, comments etc. If you find our processing of your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, or under other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, you may rectify or supplement your personal information. You may exercise such rights through:
(1) Rectify or supplement your nickname, profile photo, background image, interest tags and other information in “Profile Settings”.
(2) Access, rectify or supplement your nickname, gender, password and other personal information in “Account and Security”.
(3) Access your posted moments, likes, comments and notifications under “Me” and “Notifications”.
(4) Copy and export your personal information under “Privacy – Personal Information Access and Export” in your Profile Settings. If legally permitted, you may also request us to transfer your personal information to a designated processor.
If you cannot realize your rights through the above channels, please contact us through the methods in Section 8 of this Policy. We will respond to your request in a timely manner after verifying your identity, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Policy.
3.2. Delete your personal information
If your account is active, you have the right to delete your personal information through:
(1) Deleting your interest tags in “Profile Settings - Account and Security”.
(2) Deleting your posted moments in “Me - My Moments”.
(3) Deleting your address in “Profile Settings - Account and Security”.
For deleting other personal information, please contact us through the methods in Section 8 of this Policy. We will respond to your request in a timely manner after verifying your identity, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Policy.
Please note that once deletion is performed upon your request, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or normative documents.
Please note that we may not immediately delete the information from our backup systems, but will delete it when updating the backup systems.
3.3. Change the scope of your consent
Please note that to enable your normal use of LOYO products and services, you need to authorize relevant permissions on your device and provide basic personal information to us. If you would like to disable the device permissions in Section 1.3, you may do so in your device settings. If you would like to withdraw authorization to specific functions and services in LOYO products and services, you may do so in LOYO settings or your device settings.
Once you change the scope of consent, we will cease collecting and using corresponding personal information. Please understand we will become unable to provide you with corresponding products and services. You agree that changing the scope of or withdrawing consent does not affect our processing of your personal information based on your prior consent.
3.4. Deactivate your account
You may request to deactivate your registered LOYO account in "Profile Settings - Account and Security - Deactivate Account". We will deactivate your account after verifying your identity and confirming you meet the criteria.
Please note that if you request account deactivation while your account has abnormal status (e.g. suspended for over 30 days for violations), to comply with legal requirements, address complaints and perform platform governance duties, after deactivation we will retain necessary information including your registered mobile number, violations, penalties, duration in accordance with minimal necessity principle and delete such data upon expiration of the penalties. If you re-register with the same mobile number during the penalty period, the new account will inherit the penalty status until expiration. You may normally use the new account after expiration of penalties.
Please note that if you request account deactivation while your account is in normal status, we will promptly delete or anonymize your personal information unless retained or stored as required by laws, regulations or authorities. Please note we may not immediately delete such information from our backup systems, but will delete it when updating the systems.
Deactivation is irreversible. Once your account is deactivated, we will cease collecting your personal information and become unable to continue providing you with corresponding products and services. Therefore, please carefully consider before deactivating your account.
3.5. Refuse automated decision-making
When you use our products and services, we will make decisions based on automated decision mechanisms including information systems and algorithms. If you believe such decisions significantly affect your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation.
(1) You may screen unwanted content using "Dislike". If you do not want us to make personalized recommendations, you may turn off personalized recommendations in "Privacy - Personalized Services".
(2) If you do not want to receive personalized ads based on your preferences, you may turn off personalized ads in "Privacy - Personalized Ads". After opting out, you will still receive ads but with lower personalization.
(3) Please understand the "Friend Matching" feature based on your tags is a core feature of our product and cannot be disabled.
3.6. Rights of your next of kin
If legally permitted, your next of kin may exercise the abovementioned rights of access, copy, rectification, deletion etc. regarding your personal information, unless you have provided other specific arrangements.
3.7. Responding to your requests
To realize the rights in Sections 3.1-3.5, we summarize frequent user issues and solutions in “Help and Feedback” for you to manage your rights conveniently. If you still cannot realize your rights through that channel, please contact us by email at LOYO_Support@ifun.com . To ensure security, we may first ask you to provide relevant proofs to verify your identity before processing your request. In principle, we will complete identity verification, processing and respond to your request within 15 days upon receiving the request.
In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests. We may refuse unreasonable or repetitive requests, requests requiring disproportionate technical efforts (e.g. developing new systems, fundamentally changing existing practices), or requests posing risks to others’ lawful rights and interests or infeasible.

4. How do we store your personal information
We store your personal information collected and generated during operations in our data centers.
As LOYO App serves global users, we store collected personal information in LOYO’s overseas data centers. We will protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy and data protection laws of relevant jurisdictions.
Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or your request to delete personal information, we promise the storage period of your personal information will be limited to the shortest necessary period to fulfill the authorized purposes.
If we cease partial or complete operation due to business or other reasons, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations or norms, or agreed between us, we will notify you of such circumstances and cease collecting your personal information, delete collected personal information or anonymize it.
5. How do we protect your personal information
We attach great importance to the security of your personal information. We adopt industry-standard security technologies and supporting organizational and management measures on multiple levels to maximize prevention of unauthorized disclosure, damage, misuse, access, disclosure or alteration of your personal information. Specific measures include:
5.1. Data security measures
For data transmission security, we use cryptographic technologies such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) to prevent eavesdropping and hijacking during transmission to build a secure private data environment and ensure confidentiality and integrity of data. We also use token technologies to protect data security during transmission and employ proper protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data. In addition, we will take encryption and other enhanced security measures to protect your information.
For data access and usage security, we implement strict data access control mechanisms to monitor behaviors of processing your personal information and prevent unauthorized data access and usage. We regularly scan all interfaces of this product for security vulnerabilities and adopt measures to prevent malicious codes, traffic attacks and other threats, in order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, damage or loss of your personal information.
To protect your information security, if there are any errors in your personal information, this product will strictly verify and authenticate user identity before allowing the user to access, rectify or delete relevant information as requested (unless LOYO has legitimate reasons to retain such personal information).
We will take all reasonably feasible measures to ensure no unnecessary personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy, unless the retention period is extended under lawful circumstances.
5.2. Organizational and management measures for data security
As required by relevant regulations, we have established a dedicated personal information protection department and appointed personnel responsible for personal information protection. We have also developed internal control processes based on the principle of minimal authorization to strictly control access to personal information that may be accessed by our staff.
We have established internal rules for proper data security usage to safeguard processing of your personal information and meet legal and regulatory security requirements during collection, transmission, usage, storage and transfer. For staff requiring access to personal information, we require approval from the responsible personal information protection officer or authorized management and record the access activities, and adopt technical measures to prevent unlawful copying or downloading of personal information, as required by relevant regulations.
We organize trainings for employees on the importance of personal information security and privacy protection and require them to pass assessments.
5.3. Handling of security incidents
To address risks including leakage, damage and loss of personal information, we have established dedicated incident response teams. According to relevant company policies for handling security incidents, we activate contingency plans tailored to different incidents, conduct damage control, analysis, remedy measures, traceability and enforcement actions in conjunction with relevant departments. Meanwhile, we will notify you in a timely manner as required by laws and regulations: basic facts and potential impacts of the incidents, measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for you to proactively prevent and mitigate risks, and remedies for you. We will also inform you of incidental matters promptly through emails, letters, calls, push notifications and other means. When it is difficult to directly notify each individual, we will issue public announcements through reasonable and effective means. We will also proactively report handling of personal information security incidents to regulators as required.
Please understand the Internet is not absolutely secure. We strongly recommend you use secure methods and complex passwords to help us ensure account security. Please contact LOYO_Support@ifun.com immediately if you discover any leak of your personal information, especially your account or password, so that we can take appropriate measures to protect your information security.
6. How do we protect personal information of minors
After LOYO App's latest update, users under 18 cannot register for this product.
If we find evidence that you have violated the above provision, we have the right to stop providing our products and services to you.
Please understand and promise the age information you provide is truthful. If our technical analysis suggests you may be a minor, we have the right to restrict your LOYO account by limiting browsing, use of specific functions and consumption behaviors, in order to protect the physical and mental health and safety of minors. You irrevocably waive any claims against us. If the guardian of a minor discovers the minor has registered a LOYO account using false age information, the guardian may request us to terminate the minor's LOYO account through the methods in Section 8.
7. How do we update this Policy
Due to business development and regulatory updates, we may update or revise this Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated Privacy Policy on this page, but will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. Updates are part of this Policy.
Please carefully read the revised Policy. By agreeing to and continuing to use LOYO products and services, you agree to the content of this Policy (including updated versions).
For significant and substantial changes, we will notify you in a prominent manner based on specific circumstances (including but not limited to sending update notifications in “Announcements” in “About LOYO”, pop-up prompts or in-app messages) before such changes take effect.
Significant and substantial changes include but are not limited to:
1. Major changes of our service model, such as purposes of personal information processing, types of personal information processed, usage methods of personal information, etc.
2. Major changes in ownership structure, organizational structure, such as change of owners due to business adjustment, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
3. Major changes of key objects for sharing, transferring or disclosing personal information;
4. Major changes of your rights regarding personal information processing and how to exercise them;
5. Changes of departments, contact methods and complaint channels responsible for personal information security; and
6. High risks identified in personal information impact assessments.

9. Miscellaneous
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Invalidity of this clause shall not affect validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, and the remaining provisions shall stay in full force.
The headings in this Policy are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect its construction or interpretation.

2. LOYO products and services: Products and services provided to you through LOYO App, related software, and other products and services we provide to you from time to time.
3. You: Users of our products and services.
4. Minor: Natural person under 18 years old.
5. Personal information: Various types of electronic or other information that identifies particular natural persons or reflects activities of particular natural persons, including but not limited to basic personal information, personal identity information, personal biometric information, online identity information, personal health and physiological information, personal education and employment information, personal property information, personal communication information, contacts, online records, frequently used equipment information, location information, etc. For the avoidance of doubt, personal information includes but is not limited to sensitive personal information.
6. Sensitive personal information: Personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided or abused, could endanger personal and property security, or extremely easily lead to damage of personal reputation, health, or discriminatory treatment, including but not limited to personal property information, personal health and physiological information, personal biometric information, personal identity information, online identity information, etc.
7. Anonymization: Processing personal information to prevent identification of specific individuals and prevent reversed re-identification.
8. De-identification: Processing personal information by technical means to prevent identification of specific individuals without additional information.
9. Device: Devices that can be used to access LOYO products and services.
10. 儿Children: refers to minors under the age of 14.
11. Post moments: Users can share self-owned information by posting moments, and obtain information shared by others by browsing moments. The media includes but is not limited to text, pictures, videos, audio, music links, polls, locations, and interactive functions such as likes, comments, collections, shares.
12. KOL certification: A collective designation for high-quality content creators on LOYO. LOYO is committed to discovering, cultivating and supporting original content creators. Certified KOLs may receive exclusive benefits to facilitate growth, such as exclusive badges, cash incentives, official recommendations.
13. Group chat: Multi-person voice chat function by topics, where users can participate in multi-person voice chat rooms and create them.
14. Interest tags: Users can add tags describing themselves involving interests, hobbies, personalities, resumes, professions. The system applies these tags to content recommendation and user matching, and recommends potentially interesting content and users.

1. 如何收集和使用您的个人信息

(1) 账号注册、登录与验证
当您在LOYO App中注册LOYO账号时,您需要向我们提供下述信息以完成注册:
1)您的手机号码及短信验证码:我们会基于您提供的手机号码向您发送短信验证码,用于验证您的身份。如果您不提供您收到的短信验证码,将导致注册失败,您也将无法注册并继续使用本产品与服务。提示您注意,您提供的手机号码将作为您后续使用LOYO App的用户账号并作为登录本产品的用户身份凭证。
2)密码信息:您也可以为您的账号设置登录密码,该信息非必要提供,您有权选择使用手机号码加密码进行登录或者仅通过手机验证码登录。
3)第三方用户信息:如果您选择使用第三方用户账号登录的,您同意我们根据您的选择情况收集您的微信昵称、头像和Apple用户名、邮箱名。
4)年龄:如果您低于18周岁,您将无法注册成为我们的用户并继续使用本产品与服务。
5)性别及昵称:我们会基于您提供的性别信息为您提供性别匹配服务,如果您不提供此类信息,将导致注册失败,您将无法注册并继续使用本产品与服务。
6)「兴趣选择」:您需要回答我们为您设置的选择兴趣以完成注册,我们会基于您的回答结果将您分配给适合您的虚拟社区,此分配不会对您的权益造成任何实质性的影响。此外,我们还会根据您的回答结果对您的性格进行初步判断,便于后续为您匹配或推荐适合您的聊天对象。
当您通过提供上述信息完成注册环节并获得LOYO账号后,即视为您已经成功登录LOYO App并始终处于登录状态,为了保护您的账号安全,您同意我们基于风控目的处理您的账号信息,另外,为了便于公众为公共利益实施监督,您理解并同意我们在您的账号主页面展示互联网协议(IP)地址归属地信息,展示对应的国家(地区)信息,信息以网络运营商数据为准。请您理解,该信息不会泄露您的详细地址。
如您需要退出登录状态并重新登录的,需要您在输入手机号码后,输入注册时设置的登录密码或选择接收短信验证码完成登录。
(2) 找回密码
当您需要找回密码时,您需要提供您注册时提供的手机号码,邮箱等及接收到的验证码,用于核实您的身份。通过核验后,您需要设置新的密码代替原密码以便于您下次登录LOYO App。
(3) 手机号换绑
如您在维持登录状态时希望更换您注册时所提供的手机号的,您需要自行前往【个人设置-账户与安全-更换绑定手机】输入您新的手机号码并在输入新手机号接收到的验证码后完成换绑。
如您在登出状态因原手机号不再使用而提出换绑手机号进行登录的,您需要按照页面提示校验您此前已提供的账户密码、昵称、性别、注册生日、注册城市、常用城市、常用设备、邮箱等信息(如有),我们将根据您账号所处的安全状态决定是否通过您的换绑申请。如果您对我们的处理有任何问题,可以联系我们寻求帮助。
(4) 信息内容发布、浏览、点赞和分享功能
您在发布动态或对他人动态进行评论时,对于您发布/发送的文本信息、录制/上传的图片、音频、视频,我们会对其合法合规性进行审核,并且会将这些内容作为用户投诉举报时的留存证据。如果您不希望提供上述信息,您将无法使用与信息内容发布相关的功能。
为了提升您发布动态的体验,在您点击“发布”确认上传之前,我们会将该内容临时加载至服务器并通过技术方式自动识别您输入的内容并向您推荐相关的话题,以帮助更多用户在您“发布”后发现您的动态,若您不接受推荐的,可以通过本协议第3.5条关闭。如果你取消发布或因其他原因未成功上传,我们会立即删除该内容。
您在完善您个人的「兴趣标签」(详情请查阅关键词定义)时,您需要向我们提供您输入的关键词信息,我们会为您匹配与您的「兴趣标签」设置相似的其他用户。您拒绝完善「兴趣标签」不会影响您的正常使用,但可能会适度影响匹配结果的准确性。
当您在“附近”等功能中浏览信息时,我们将仅基于用户的IP地址展示相关信息内容。IP地址仅对应到城市/区县位置,未经用户同意,不会使用或泄露用户的定位信息。
(5) 聊天与匹配功能
您可以通过LOYO App中提供的匹配或聊天功能与其他用户进行交流。
在您使用语音群聊等涉及语音聊天功能时,为实现语音通话聊天功能,您需要提供您的语音信息。
在您开启LOYO app功能或使用定位相关的匹配功能,我们将申请使用您的地理位置信息用于匹配附近的好友。您可以通过LOYO App 提供的匹配与聊天功能(包含「群聊」、「文字群组」等多人聊天功能)与其他用户进行聊天交流,您可以按不同的聊天场景选择文字聊天和语音聊天的方式,并且可以按您的需求上传图片、音频及视频。请您理解,根据适用法律法规的要求,我们会将您发布/发送的文本信息、录制/上传的图片、音频、视频用于内容合法合规性审核及未成年人保护,并且会将这些内容用于用户投诉举报时留存的证据。如果您不希望提供上述信息,您将无法使用相应功能。同时,请您知悉,对于您在「动态广场」中发布/发送的文本信息、上传的图片、音频、视频,我们不但会进行内容合法合规性审核,还会提取关键词信息。
(6) 个性化匹配和推荐
个性化匹配和推荐是LOYO App的核心特色之一。为了向您提供更优质和更符合您需求的服务,让您对LOYO产品与服务有更好的使用体验,在法律法规允许的前提下,我们可能会根据您使用本产品时主动提供的、经您同意后由我们合作方提供的,以及我们主动采集的您的个人信息,进行数据分析,进行综合统计并通过特定算法进行用户特征与偏好分析,形成画像,以便为您展示或提供您感兴趣的、更加符合您实际需求的信息或为您推送更适合您的特定功能和服务,具体来说:
1) 智能辅助聊天:为了提供智能辅助聊天服务,我们会使用您注册时提供的基本资料(包括昵称、年龄/生日、性别、所在地、兴趣标签)、您使用服务期间产生的行为数据(包括注册时间、动态、互动记录、网络日志),用于完善算法功能,以根据您的选择提供智能辅助聊天服务。
2) 个性化内容:为了向您展示、推荐或推送您可能感兴趣的图文视频/群组/派对/动态话题,推荐商品和服务,我们会使用您注册时提供的基本资料(包括年龄/生日、性别、所在地、兴趣标签、学业情况等)、您使用服务期间产生的行为数据(包括注册时间、动态、用户互动记录、网络日志)、消费情况和设备信息,形成用户属性分类,并对不同属性的用户采用不同的内容展示策略。例如,若您在兴趣标签中说明您喜欢旅游,则我们可能更多地向您展示带有旅游话题标签的内容;
3) 个性化广告:为了向您展示、推荐或推送与您的偏好有更高匹配及关联程度的广告,我们会使用您注册时提供的基本资料(包括年龄/生日、性别、所在地、时区、动态标签)、您使用服务期间产生的行为数据(包括广告点击、转化情况、网络日志)设备信息和网络类型,形成用户特征标签,并根据广告主指定的目标人群类型,通过系统自动化地将广告投放给相关人群用户。例如,若您是女性用户,则我们可能会向您投放化妆品类广告;
4) 个性化匹配:为了在「用户匹配」功能中向您展示、推荐或推送与您有更高相关程度的用户,我们会使用您注册时提供的基本资料(包括年龄/生日、性别、所在地、引力签)、您使用服务期间产生的行为数据(包括动态、用户互动、匹配记录、网络日志)、消费情况和设备信息,形成用户画像,并为用户提供爱好相似等合适的聊天对象。例如,若您的所在地位于新加坡,则我们可能会为您匹配同样位于新加坡的用户。
提示您知悉,当您使用LOYO App「用户匹配」功能时,您可以选择希望聊天的好友性别。如不提供此类信息不会影响您使用正常匹配功能,但可能无法准确匹配感兴趣性别的聊天对象。
如果您要求退出个性化匹配和推荐相关的自动化决策模式的,您可以按照本政策第3.5条的方式处理。
(7) 营销活动
为了更好地向您提供服务,我们可能会通过短信的方式合理地向您发送商业性服务信息。如果您不想收到此类商业性营销活动信息,您可以通过短信提示回复「退订」或通过本政策第8条的方式联系我们进行退订或关闭,退订成功后我们将不再向您发送此类型的短信。
(8) 意见反馈
如您有任何关于本产品与服务的反馈意见,您可以在LOYO App中通过“意见建议”进行反馈。您需要提供您的意见描述、上传证明照片用于帮助我们知悉您提出的问题并寻找对应的解决方案。为了能及时对您提出的意见进行反馈,您需要向我们提供您的邮箱,以便于我们可以及时联系到您。
1.1.2 为了给您提供更好的使用体验,我们会为您提供下述扩展业务功能,在您使用此类功能时,我们会基于特定目的收集您的个人信息。如您不提供此类信息,您将无法使用下述扩展业务功能,但不会影响您基本业务功能的正常使用。
(1) 相机
您在使用「LOYO」拍摄相应照片或进行录像时,我们会在您的设备本地处理识别您摄像头所拍摄的具体内容。提示您注意,若您拍摄/录制的内容包含他人的个人信息的,请您确保已经获得个人信息主体的同意;包含他人的敏感个人信息的,请您确保已经获得个人信息主体的单独同意。
(2) 礼品购买和邮寄
我们会定期举办一些不同主题的线上/线下活动,并选取部分幸运用户赠送LOYO App周边礼品。当您接到我们的礼品赠送通知时,您需要提供您的收件人姓名、收货地址及联系方式,以便于我们向您寄送相应的礼品。如您拒绝提供此类信息,我们将无法向您寄送礼品。
如果您在LOYO App中购买或收到了由其他用户赠送的实物礼品,您需要向我们提供兑换申请码以及收货人姓名、收货地址和手机号码。如您拒绝提供上述信息的,前述功能将无法实现。如果您在收货信息中提供他人的个人信息,请您确保已经获得他人的同意。

为了使LOYO App与您的移动设备进行必要的适配,为您提供安全、可信的产品与使用环境,保障LOYO App的安全运行,在您使用LOYO App时,根据您在软件安装及使用中授予的具体权限,我们会收集您的设备型号、设备识别码(包括IMEI/Android ID /IDFA/IDFV/OPEN UDID/GUID/OAID/MEID、广告ID、SIM卡手机号、IMSI、ICCID、设备序列号)、软件列表、设备运行状态信息、系统版本、MCC、MNC、Mac地址信息(包括手机Mac地址和蓝牙Mac地址)、设备传感器信息、外接虚拟键盘识别、运行中的进程信息。收集这些信息是为了帮助我们进行bug分析、反作弊、反黑产等安全保护工作,保障您正常使用本产品与服务、改进和优化我们的产品体验、保障您的账号安全。同时,除本政策另有明确约定外,我们不会将您的设备信息提供给任何第三方,但我们无法保证其他第三方不会通过其他途径获知您设备信息、并将您的设备信息与其他信息相结合识别您个人身份,由此造成您任何损失的,您应向该第三方主张赔偿。上述设备信息是为提供服务所收集的基础信息,如您不想将上述设备信息被我们收集,则可能导致我们无法向您提供正常的服务。
请您知悉,为了帮助我们进行bug分析、反作弊、反黑产等安全保护工作,保障您正常使用本产品与服务、改进和优化我们的产品体验、保障您的账号安全,在您的LOYO App切换至后台或处于静默状态下时,我们会收集您的Mac地址信息(包括手机Mac地址和蓝牙Mac地址)以及IMEI。
1.2.2 日志信息
当您使用LOYO产品与服务时,我们会收集您的相关网络日志信息,包括App崩溃、系统活动信息、设备联网情况、浏览记录、点击记录、软件使用记录及IP地址信息。我们收集上述信息是为了能更好的用于安全维护及优化本产品与服务,为您提供更好的使用体验。上述日志信息是为提供服务所收集的基础信息,如您不想将上述日志信息被我们收集,则可能导致我们无法向您提供正常的服务。
1.2.3 地理位置信息
我们会收集您的地理位置信息,用于在您发帖时展示您的地理位置、匹配并告知您的好友在附近出现,或为您匹配附近的用户或者动态。如果您拒绝我们收集此类信息,前述相关功能将无法正常使用。
为保护您的合法权益(打击黑产、防止诈骗)及维护本产品与服务的安全运行,我们会收集您设备所连接的基站信息(包括基站状态、LAC、BID、NID、SID、信号强度)与WIFI信息(包括BSSID、SSID、信号强度)。
1.2.4 消费记录信息
在您使用本产品提供的第三方支付功能进行充值、消费时,我们会收集并保存您的充值、消费记录信息、订单信息、对账信息,用于确认您的支付指令并帮助您完成支付,同时,此类信息还将作为您充值及消费的凭证。
1.3. LOYO App所调用的系统权限
如上所述,为了向您提供LOYO产品与服务,我们可能需要使用您设备中的系统权限(不包括所接入第三方调用的权限)来收集相关个人信息。尽管我们在前述章节中已经有所涉及,本节将对LOYO App所使用的所有系统权限进行归纳整理,以方便向您更加系统、完整、透明地呈现。您可以选择是否授权我们使用您设备的相关权限,如果您不授权我们使用相关权限,可能会导致部分服务无法使用,但是不影响您使用LOYO App的其他功能。
1.3.1. 相册及存储权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们会使用您设备上的相册读取及存储功能。此项功能将用于为您上传设备内的文本、图像、视频等内容,也可缓存您使用LOYO产品与服务过程中产生的文本、图像、视频内容。请您知悉,我们不会自动读取您本地相册的存储内容,仅在您同意开启此权限并在相册中主动选择相应图片后才会获取图片/视频数据。如果您拒绝该项授权,前述功能将无法正常使用。
1.3.2. 麦克风权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们会使用您设备上的麦克风功能,并会识别您上传的语音信息。此项权限将用于实现语音输入、语音变声功能,并采集、识别上述功能实现过程中所输入的语音信息。如果您拒绝该项授权,前述功能将无法使用。
1.3.3. 消息推送权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们会为您推送消息,便于您能够及时接收及了解我们发出的通知。如您拒绝此项授权,您将无法接收到我们为您推送的消息。
1.3.4. 摄像头权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们会使用您设备上的相机拍摄功能。此项功能将用于实现照片拍摄、录制视频功能,并采集、识别上述功能实现过程中所拍摄或录制的图片及视频信息。如您拒绝该项授权,前述功能将无法使用。
1.3.5. 读取应用安装列表权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们会收集您的应用安装列表用于保护您的合法权益(如打击黑产)以及丰富您的画像。
1.3.6. 地理位置权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们会收集您的地理位置信息用于在您发帖时展示您的地理位置、匹配并告知您的好友在附近出现,或为您匹配、推荐附近的用户或者动态瞬间。如果您拒绝此类授权,上述功能将无法实现。
1.3.7. 设备信息访问权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,为了保护您的账户及登录安全,我们会收集您的相应设备信息,用于优化用户体验、安全排查、识别是否为常用设备、设备绑定情况。若您是安卓系统用户,您拒绝该项授权将导致您无法正常使用本产品与服务。若您是iOS系统用户,受iOS系统限制,您可能无法直接拒绝或关闭上述授权,但针对部分设备信息(例如:IDFA信息,具体以iOS系统政策不时更新的实际情况为准),您可以自行选择是否授权我们进行收集,如您拒绝授权,我们可能无法为您提供对应的功能或服务(如:您拒绝我们收集您的IDFA信息,我们将无法基于IDFA追踪标识为您提供个性化展示)。
1.3.8. 访问网络和获取网络状态权限
当您同意开启此项权限后,我们的APP方可联网。同时,基于风控和提供服务之目的,我们还可以监控网络变化,提示用户当前网络环境。您拒绝该项授权将导致您无法正常使用本产品与服务。
1.4. 我们从第三方获取的您的个人信息
我们可能会在您的同意范围内从第三方(我们的合作方)处收集并使用您的个人信息。我们保证依照与第三方签订的合同以及相关法律法规的规定处理您的个人信息,同时请您详细阅读该第三方的个人信息保护政策及用户协议。如您拒绝第三方在提供服务时收集、使用您的个人信息,将可能导致您无法使用部分LOYO产品与服务。
1.5. 征得同意的例外
根据法律法规,以下情形中收集和使用您的个人信息无需征得您的同意:
(1) 为订立、履行个人作为一方当事人的合同所必需;
(2) 为履行法定职责或者法定义务所必需;
(3) 为应对突发公共卫生事件,或者紧急情况下为保护自然人的生命健康和财产安全所必需;
(4) 为公共利益实施新闻报道、舆论监督等行为,在合理的范围内处理个人信息;
(5) 依照《个人信息保护法》规定在合理的范围内处理个人自行公开或者其他已经合法公开的个人信息;
(6)法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
2. 如何委托处理、共享、转让及披露您的个人信息
2.1. 委托处理
为了向您提供更完善、更优质的产品和服务,某些功能可能由我们的技术服务合作方提供,我们可能会委托合作方处理您的某些个人信息。对我们委托处理您个人信息的公司、组织和个人,我们会在与其签署的合作协议中明确要求合作方仅按照我们的要求、本政策的规定以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理您的个人信息,并对其个人信息处理活动进行监督。。我们会委托提供技术服务的第三方SDK提供商处理您的个人信息。该等第三方提供商将会视其需求在您使用LOYO App时,或者您将LOYO App切换至后台或处于静默状态下时,处理您的个人信息。
2.2. 共享
除非基于法律规定或存在以下一种或多种情形,否则我们不会与任何第三方公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息:
(1) 基于您自行提出的要求、或事先获得您明确的同意或授权;
(2) 我们可能会根据法律法规规定、诉讼争议解决需要,或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求,对外共享您的个人信息;
(3) 与合作方共享:为了向您提供更完善、优质的产品和服务,我们的某些服务将由合作方提供。我们可能会与合作方共享您的某些个人信息,以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息,并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。我们会对合作方获取信息的软件工具包(SDK)、应用程序接口(API)采取合理的安全控制措施,以保护数据安全。同时,我们在与合作方签署的合作协议中会明确要求其遵守相关法律法规来保护、处理您的个人信息。我们将要求我们的合作方无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。
请您知悉:该等共享的合作方为数据控制者,以其自己的名义获得您的同意以处理您的个人信息。合作方可能有其独立的隐私政策和用户协议,我们建议您认真阅读并遵守第三方的用户协议及隐私政策。如果您拒绝我们的合作方在提供服务时收集为提供服务所必需的个人信息,将可能导致您无法使用相应服务。

a) 第三方SDK合作伙伴。请您知悉,为确保推送通道的稳定性,以保障消息及时送达,某些第三方SDK合作伙伴可能存在一定频率的关联启动行为,该行为是为实现消息推送服务所必要的。
b) 广告合作伙伴。为帮助投放广告或提供商业化决策建议、提高广告有效触达率、进一步了解用户需求,我们会与广告主和其委托的代理商、广告服务供应商、广告监测公司(统称“广告合作伙伴”)共享您的经去标识化的设备信息或用户画像统计信息,在不借助额外信息的情况下,这些信息难以或无法与您的真实身份相关联。为了保护您的信息安全,我们会与广告合作伙伴签署严格的数据安全协议。
c) 游戏合作伙伴。您通过LOYO App使用第三方提供的游戏服务时,如第三方需使用您的个人信息,我们会在您授权同意后将您的用户ID、账号昵称、头像、性别提供给第三方游戏合作伙伴。未经您同意,我们不会向第三方提供您的个人信息。为了保护您的信息安全,我们会与第三方游戏合作伙伴签署严格的数据安全协议。
d) 提供基础设施、安全监测等技术类服务的合作伙伴。为了提高LOYO产品与服务系统的安全性、保护账户安全、监控账号风险、记录并分析风险链接、排查本平台系统问题及异常信息,并进行反欺诈和反伪盗,我们可能会将您的手机号码,身份证号码、地理位置信息,登录IP地址提供给负责系统搭建、维护、管理、评测的技术服务提供方,以分析我们服务的使用方式、衡量服务的有效性、提供客户服务和调查。
e) 礼品服务合作伙伴。如您通过LOYO App购买或接受其他用户赠送的实物礼品时,我们会将您提供的收货人姓名、收货地址、收货人手机号码提供给该系统接入的礼品供应商合作伙伴,以帮助您成功兑换并邮寄实物礼品。
请您知悉:您可以通过使用LOYO产品与服务提供的功能,主动公开、共享您的相关信息到第三方平台(如facebook/twitter/instagram等)。在这种情况下,共享信息将被即时并广泛的传播。一旦您进行了此类信息的共享,很难确保当您需要删除信息时,您所共享的信息在所有接受转发的互联网平台中被全部删除。在一些情况下,即使您从LOYO产品与服务中删除了您共享的信息,该类信息仍然可能会留存在公众可获知的领域,仍可由其他用户或与我们没有关联且不受我们控制的第三方独立地缓存、复制或存储,以及通过其他用户或该等第三方在公众可获知的领域保存。
2.3. 转让
原则上,我们不会将您的个人信息控制权向其他公司、组织和个人转让,但以下情况除外:
(1) 基于您自行提出的要求、或事先获得您明确的同意或授权;
(2) 发生公司合并、收购或破产清算,运营主体变更时的转让。
请您知悉:如具备上述事由确需转让,我们将在转让前向您告知接收方的名称或者姓名、联系方式、处理目的、处理方式和个人信息的种类,并在征得您同意后再转让,但法律法规另有规定的除外。
2.4. 公开披露
原则上我们不会向社会或不特定人群发布您的个人信息,但基于您自行提出的要求、或事先获得您明确的同意或授权的除外。

如您的账号处于正常使用状态,您有权随时登录并访问您的LOYO账号,查阅您的个人信息,包括您的账号信息、您的个人资料、发布的评论和动态等。如您发现我们处理的您的个人信息不准确或者不完整的,或者在法律法规规定的其他情况下,您可以更正、补充您的个人信息。您可以通过下述路径行使此类权利:
(1) 您可以通过点击“个人设置”查阅或更正、补充您的昵称、头像、背景图、兴趣标签等信息;
(2) 您可以通过点击 “个人设置-账户与安全”查阅或更正、补充您的昵称、性别、密码等个人信息;
(3) 您可以通过点击“自己”访问您发布的动态,通过点击“广场-通知图标”查阅您曾点赞、评论过的瞬间及各类通知信息;
(4) 您可以通过点击“个人设置-隐私-个人信息浏览与导出”复制并导出您的个人信息。符合法律规定的情况下,您还可以请求我们将您的个人信息转移至指定的个人信息处理者。
如果您无法通过上述路径实现对应权利时,您可通过本政策第8条提供的联系方式联系我们,我们将在核实您的身份后及时响应您的请求,但法律法规另有规定的或本政策另有约定的除外。
3.2. 删除您的个人信息
如您的账号处于正常使用状态,您有权删除您的个人信息,您可以通过下述路径行使此权利:
(1) 您可以通过点击“个人设置-账户与安全”删除您的兴趣标签;
(2) 您可以通过点击“自己-下拉主页”删除您发布的动态;
(3) 您可以通过点击“个人设置-账户与安全”删除您填写的地址。
如您希望删除您的其他个人信息,您可通过本政策第8条提供的联系方式联系我们,我们将在核实您的身份后及时响应您的请求,但法律法规另有规定的或本政策另有约定的除外。
请您知悉,您在此同意,一旦删除请求被响应,您的个人信息将被删除或匿名化处理,除非法律法规或规范性文件另有规定。
请您知悉,我们可能不会将响应的信息立即从备份系统中删除,但会在备份系统更新时进行删除。
3.3. 更改您授权同意的范围
请您知悉,为了您能正常使用LOYO产品与服务,您需要向我们开启设备中的相关权限和提供基本的个人信息。如果您希望关闭上文第1.3条中的设备权限,您可以通过您设备中的设置页面进行操作。如果您希望撤回您先前对于LOYO产品与服务内相应功能的授权,您可以通过LOYO的设置页面或您设备中的设置页面进行相应操作。
当您更改您的同意范围后,我们将不再收集和使用您相应的个人信息,但同时也请您理解,我们无法再为您提供与之对应的产品与服务。您在此同意,您更改授权同意的范围或撤回授权同意的行为不会影响我们基于您之前的授权同意对您个人信息进行的处理。
3.4. 注销您的账号
您可以通过点击“个人设置”-“账户与安全”-“注销账号”,向我们提出注销您已注册的LOYO账号的请求,我们会在核实您的个人身份信息及确认您满足注销条件后为您注销账号。
请您知悉,若您在账号处于非正常状态期间(如存在任何功能封禁30天或以上的违规处罚、封号处罚等异常状态)申请注销该账号,为满足相关法律法规要求、响应可能存在的投诉或法律纠纷、履行平台管理义务,在账号注销后,我们将按照最小必要原则,仅保留您的注册手机号码、违规记录、处罚类型、处罚期限至处罚期届满,处罚期届满后我们将删除上述数据。若您在处罚期间使用该手机号重新注册,注册成功后的新账号将继续延续该处罚状态(注销时间计入处罚期计算)直至处罚期届满。处罚期届满后,您可正常使用新账号。
请您知悉,若您在账号处于正常状态下申请注销该账号,在账号注销后,除非根据法律法规或根据监管部门的要求保留或存储您的个人信息,否则我们将及时删除您的个人信息或作匿名化处理。请您知悉,我们可能不会将该等信息立即从备份系统中删除,但会在备份系统更新时进行删除。
您注销账号的行为是不可逆的,一旦您的账号被注销,我们将不再收集您的个人信息,但同时也请您理解,我们无法再为您提供与之对应的产品与服务。因此我们建议您谨慎选择注销账号。
3.5. 拒绝自动化决策
在您使用本产品与服务的过程中,我们会依据信息系统、算法等在内的非人工自动决策机制作出决定。如果您认为这些决定显著影响您的合法权益,您有权要求我们作出解释。
(1) 对于您不感兴趣的动态内容,您可以通过点击“不喜欢”屏蔽该动态。如果您不希望我们在您使用时为您推送您可能感兴趣的信息和内容,您可以通过点击“个人设置-隐私-个性化服务”关闭针对此部分的个性化推荐功能。
(2) 如果您不愿意看到我们根据您的偏好向您展示的广告,您可以通过点击“个人设置-隐私-个性化广告”关闭个性化广告推荐功能,关闭后您仍会看到广告,但个性化程度会降低。
(3) 但请您理解,基于您的标签信息为您提供的「好友匹配」功能,因属于本产品的基本特性,故无法为您提供关闭功能。
3.6. 近亲属的权利
符合法律规定的情况下,您的近亲属可以对您的相关个人信息行使上述查阅、复制、更正、删除等权利;您另有安排的除外。
3.7. 响应您的上述请求
为实现本政策第3.1-3.5条所述的用户权利,您可以通过点击“个人设置”-“帮助和反馈”,我们会在此处总结用户遇到的高频率问题并且提供相关解决方案。如果您通过此方式仍无法实现您的用户权利,您可以发送邮件至LOYO_Support@ifun.com与我们联系。为确保安全,我们可能会先要求您提交相关证明以验证您的身份,然后再处理您的请求。对于您的请求,我们原则上将于收到您的请求后的15日内完成核查与处理并给予您回复。
对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用。对与您身份不直接关联或无端重复信息,或者需要过多技术手段(例如,需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者不切实际的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。

4. 如何存储您的个人信息
我们会将在运营中所收集和产生的您的个人信息存储在我们的数据中心。
由于LOYO App服务于全球用户,我们收集的个人信息存储于LOYO在境外的数据中心。此类情况我们将基于本政策以及其他司法管辖区的数据保护法的相关要求保护您的个人信息。
我们承诺,除非法律法规另有要求,或者您要求我们依法删除个人信息的情况以外,我们对您的个人信息的存储时间将限于实现您授权使用的目的所必需的最短时间。
如我们因经营不善或其他原因出现部分或者全部停止运营的情况,除非法律法规或规范性文件另有规定或者双方另有约定,我们将会向您告知此类情况,并停止对您个人信息进行收集,同时删除已收集到的个人信息或对其做匿名化处理。
5. 如何保护您的个人信息
我们十分重视您的个人信息安全,为此我们采用了符合行业标准的安全技术措施及配套的组织架构和管理体系等多层面保护措施,以最大程度防止您的个人信息被泄露、毁损、误用、未授权访问、未授权披露或更改,具体包括:
5.1. 数据安全措施
在数据安全传输方面,我们采用了传输层安全协议等密码技术,通过Https等方式防止传输链路被窃听、截取,以建立安全的隐私数据环境,保证数据的私密性和完整性;我们还会使用Token技术保护数据在其传输过程中的安全,并使用妥善的保护机制以防止数据遭到恶意攻击;此外,我们还将对您的信息采取加密存储等额外的安全保护措施。
在数据访问和使用的安全控制方面,我们实施了严格的数据权限控制机制对处理您的个人信息的行为进行监控,避免数据被违规访问和未授权使用。我们会定期对本产品的所有接口进行安全性扫描,并采取防范恶意代码、流量攻击等保护措施,防止您的个人信息遭遇未授权的访问、公开披露、使用、修改、人为或意外的损坏或丢失等。
为了保护您的信息安全,如果用户个人信息有误,本产品会在严格验证并核实用户身份后,根据用户要求访问、修正或删除相关信息(除非LOYO出于合法的原因而必须保留这些个人信息)。
我们会采取一切合理可行的措施,确保无关的个人信息不被收集。我们只会在达成本政策所述目的所需的期限内保留您的个人信息,除非在法律允许的范围内延长保留期限。
5.2. 数据安全组织和管理措施
根据有关法规要求,我们成立了专门负责个人信息保护的部门,并设立了个人信息保护负责人。我们还建立了相关的内控管理流程,以最小授权为原则,对可能接触到您个人信息的工作人员,严格设定信息访问权限,控制个人信息的知悉范围。
我们建立了数据安全使用的内部规范制度,保障对您个人信息的处理,在收集、传输、使用、存储、转移、销毁等环节均满足法律法规的安全要求。根据有关法规要求,对需要访问个人信息的工作人员,我们会要求其经过个人信息保护负责人或者其授权的管理人员审批,记录访问情况,并采取技术措施,避免违法复制、下载个人信息。
我们组织员工参加安全与隐私保护相关培训并要求其完成规定的考核,加强员工对于保护个人信息重要性的认知。
5.3. 安全事件处理
为应对个人信息泄露、损毁和丢失等可能出现的风险,我们建立了专门的应急响应团队,按照公司有关安全事件处置规范要求,针对不同安全事件启动安全预案,进行止损、分析、制定补救措施、联合相关部门进行溯源和打击。同时我们将按照法律法规的要求,及时向您告知:安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。同时我们会及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您,难以逐一告知个人信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。
请您知悉并理解,互联网并非绝对安全的环境,我们强烈建议您通过安全方式、使用复杂密码,协助我们保证您的账号安全。如您发现自己的个人信息泄密,尤其是您的账号或密码发生泄露,请联系LOYO_Support@ifun.com,以便我们采取相应措施来保护您的信息安全。
6. 如何保护未成年人个人信息
LOYO App经改版后,如果您的年龄低于18周岁,将无法注册本产品。
如我们有证据证明您违反了上述约定,我们有权停止提供我们的产品与服务。
请您理解并承诺,您向我们提供的本人年龄信息是真实的,如果我们通过技术手段分析并计算出您可能属于未成年人的,我们有权对您的LOYO账号采取限制措施,即限制您账号进行浏览、使用特定功能和消费行为。以上限制措施是为了保护未成年人的身心健康与安全,您不可撤销地放弃对我们进行任何主张。如果未成年人的监护人一旦发现未成年人虚报年龄注册LOYO账号的,可通过本政策第八条所述方式向我们提出中止/终止该未成年人的LOYO账号。
7. 如何更新本政策
由于业务的发展和法规的更新等,我们可能不时更新或修改本政策。我们会在本页面上发布更新后的隐私政策,但是未经您明确同意,我们不会削减您按照本政策所应享有的权利。该等变更构成本政策的一部分。
请您仔细阅读变更后的本政策内容。您同意并继续使用LOYO产品与服务,即意味着您同意本政策(含更新版本)的内容。
若涉及重大、实质性变更,我们会依据具体情况,以显著的方式通知您(包括但不限于在“个人设置-关于LOYO-公告栏”向您发送更新通知、在页面弹窗或通过站内信方式提示等)。
重大、实质性变更的情形包括但不限于以下情形:
1. 我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式等;

9. 附则
本政策的解释及争议解决均均受新加坡法律管辖。因本隐私政策引起的或与之相关的任何争议,包括有关本隐私政策的存在、有效性或终止的任何问题,均应提交新加坡国际仲裁中心("SIAC")根据新加坡国际仲裁中心当时有效的《仲裁规则》("SIAC 规则")进行仲裁并最终解决,该规则被视为通过引用纳入本条款。仲裁地为新加坡。仲裁庭由一名仲裁员组成。仲裁语言为英语。但该条款的无效不影响本政策其余条款的效力。本政策的其余条款将继续执行。

1. LOYO:指由ifun开发的LOYO App及其各自版本。
2. LOYO产品与服务:指LOYO向您提供的以下产品与服务:(1)通过LOYO App提供的LOYO产品与服务;(2)与上述产品与服务相关的任何软件;(3)我们不时为您提供的其他产品与服务。
3. 用户或您:指使用本产品与服务的用户。
4. 未成年人:指年龄不超过18周岁的未成年人。
5. 个人信息:指以电子或者其他方式记录的、能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。个人信息包括个人基本信息、个人身份信息、个人生物识别信息、网络身份标识信息、个人健康生理信息、个人教育工作信息、个人财产信息、个人通信信息、联系人信息、个人上网记录、个人常用设备信息、个人位置信息等。为免疑义,个人信息包括但不限于个人敏感信息。

9. 设备:指可用于访问LOYO产品与服务的装置。
10. 儿童:指未满14周岁的未成年人。
11. 动态:用户可以以发布动态的形式分享自有信息,和以浏览动态的形式获得他人分享的信息。信息的媒介包含但不限于文字、图片、视频、音频、音乐链接、投票、地点,并可以对信息进行赞、评论、收藏、转发的互动交流。
12. 主播认证:是对LOYO优质内容创作者的统称。LOYO致力于挖掘、培养、扶持原创内容作者。用户成为主播达人,将有机会获得专属标志、现金激励、官方推荐等多项专属权益助力成长。
13. 群聊:主题式多人语音聊天功能,用户可以自助参与多人语音聊天,可自助创建多人语音聊天室。
14. 兴趣标签:用户可以添加描述自己的标签,这些标签可能会涉及描述用户的兴趣、爱好、性格、履历或职业信息。系统会将这些标签应用于内容推荐与用户匹配,向用户推送可能感兴趣的内容或其他用户。
